It began as a dream…
A family wanted to work together and serve together. Out of that dream, in 2016, Higher Purpose Enterprises, LLC was born.
Higher Purpose Enterprises, LLC was always meant to be a hub for several small businesses that would allow us to earn a living and to give to others (allowing us to live “our” Higher Purpose).
In January 2025, Higher Purpose Enterprises, LLC sold Current Sleep Solutions – DBA CurrentBeds.com to Dreamy Cakes Gourmet Cupcakery, LLC.
So how did a food family end up with a bedding company?
As adults, many of us have been using “traditional” mattresses for many years. But tired of the same old spring and memory foam beds in the marketplace, we wanted to venture and discover something different for our own use.
We did not want the same old mattress but what else was there? So, we set out to find alternatives, and we did. We found that while those in the industry were selling the “same old stuff” the industry had evolved. There was new technology in sleep. There were new types of comfort and support that were an improvement in every way to the traditional mattresses that mom and dad had. They were customizable to each person. They were cool! They were wonderful!
Our personal experiences with these beds have been no less than life changing. Chronic back pain was gone in three days. Shoulder injuries from a falls healed in record time. Individuals could finally stand upright again after more trips to the chiropractor than he could count. Everyone was sleeping better. We all thought, “If we love these beds, we should get into an online mattress business.” So, we did!
